我公司于9月19日发布了 [紧急通知] 关于清理整顿互联网电子公告服务的通知！！ http://www.idc800.net/shownews.asp?id=35，但是基本没有用户自觉清理所在网站中的论坛、博客、聊天室、留言板。
9月30日我公司接到广东省公安厅限期整改通知，因屡次发现我公司主机用户的网站中含有有害信息，我公司被勒令限期整顿，10月8日前必须完成整顿工作，否则将对我公司的所有服务器进行断网处理。于是我们在国庆期间对所有网站进行了一次清理整顿工作。关闭了一批含有论坛、博客、留言板、聊天室的网站。经过与用户沟通后，在他们删除这些程序后，重新为这些用户开通了网站。但有部分用户在我们清理整顿后，又擅自开通了相关服务，导致10月12日网监检查时发现尚有一批网站仍开有论坛、博客、聊天室、留言板服务，因此对我公司所有服务器做了断网处理。经过我公司多方联系，再三保证，网监终于取消了断网。
为了以后不再出现类似现象，现根据佛山市公安局佛公通[2007]179号文件精神，我公司将再次对我公司服务器中的网站做全面清理，发现含有论坛、博客、留言板、聊天室等交互式栏目的网站，一律做关闭处理，并且不再另行通知。
