和免费VPN帐号不同的是，免费SSH帐号更为普遍，不过其易用性还是不如VPN，很多人可能已经有了SSH帐号，却不知道从哪里获取，怎么用，这里就介绍一下从免费虚拟主机处获得免费SSH帐号的方法。
我们很多人都用过国外的虚拟主机空间的经验，而大部分虚拟主机使用的是cPanel进行管理，实际上，cPanel免费空间所提供的帐号一般来说就是 SSH帐号，只是有可能主机商修改了SSH默认端口（也有可能主机商关闭了SSH），所以端口可能不是22，那如何找到正确的端口呢？现总结方法如下：
SSH服务器地址：CP后台中显示的“共享的ip地址”或者说您的免费空间的二级域名。
SSH端口：进入后台，点击“FTP 账户”（Ftp Accounts）按钮，在“账户管理”（Account Management）一栏下点击你FTP主账户后面的“配置FTP客户端”（Configure FTP Client），“SFTP 服务器端口”（SFTP Server Port）就是SSH端口。
SSH账户：FTP账户
SSH密码：FTP密码
